Research groups, from a minimum of three to a maximum of six, convene annually at the IAS for five-,

six- and ten-month periods. All topics in all disciplines are welcome.

Participants come from Israel and from abroad.

Each year five Advanced Schools, led by premier scholars in their field, take place for 5-10 days.

Promising doctoral and postdoctoral students are invited to participate in a mentoring exchange, focusing on cutting-edge theoretical and experimental research.

Close to a dozen conferences are hosted annually.

The most current research and methodologies, representing a varied spectrum of disciplines and topics, are presented to scholars and students from around the world.
